Dieppe was born on 12th of May, another fabulous big strong foal for Dell. Known as Pepe at home, he is the most delightful character, always inquisitive and friendly. He has super bone and is beautifully made, with already a super topline. With his siblings already doing well in both dressage and showing, we know Pepe has both the pedigree and the ability to make super dressage prospect, but he will also really shine in the show ring. Pepe's sire is the German Sporthorse and CHAPS graded stallion, Sempers Spirit. Although being primarily produced for a dressage career, Spirit has shown great jumping talent, qualifying for the Northern Ireland Loose jUmping Championships, where he was placed 11th out of over 350 competitors, and he showed a real aptitude for cross country once under saddle. His sire Semper is an Oldenburg graded stallion and hails, from the Sandro sire line, responsible for the phenomenal dressage stalion Sandro Hit. On the dam side of the pedigree is the German performance tested coloured stallion Astek and the Hanoverian jumping producer Watzmann, consolidating a real dual purpose pedigree.

Pepe's dam is the BWBS mare Broadstone Dingle Dell, a daughter of top British Hanoverian stallion Demonstrator out of the RIHS winning show mare Gladness. Gladness produced a number of successful show jumpers for Broadstone Stud, including Dell who accumulated both BSJA and BD winnings before retiring sound to stud. Her sire Demonstrator was BHD leading dressage sire on many occasions and competed at Grand Prix level, being shortlisted for the Olympics. His sire line produced international show jumpers Diester and Dollar Girl and his dam is by the legendary Pik Bube. Demonstrator has sired countless advanced horses in all three disciplines.

Dell is graded with the SHB, and was awarded a Broodmare Diploma by the BEF Futurity Scheme in 2007. Her eldest offspring, Decadence by DiMaggio, now a 5yo, qualified for the BD Regionals earlier this year with her amateur owner. Her second foal, Rivendell, has just been sold to a dressage home where his incredible trainability and attitude to life will be appreicated by his new amateur owners. Her 2007 filly, Volatis Diva, was a First Premium foal with the BEF, and is enjoying a successful in hand career in both coloured and open sporthorse classes.
