Volatis Stud has extensive experience working with young horses and has successfully backed horses for a variety of disciplines, including dressage, eventing, showing and polo. Sacha Shaw, the principal trainer and owner of Volatis Stud also has considerable experience with re-schooling thoroughbreds that have come out of racing and the required retraining for their new career. She is begining to earn a superb reputation with the successful production of Volatis Stud's homebred stock, particuarly through the BEF Futurity Scheme.

By limiting the number of horses in work, we are able to offer a tailor-made service for young horses, or older horses that need further work. By agreeing an individual program at the outset, we can implement a bespoke training solution to meet each owner's personal requirements. Our philosophy is centered around a classical training approach, ensuring your horse is started correctly with his future in mind.

Volatis Stud is situated within the grounds of Irnham Estate in Lincolnshire just 10 minutes from the A1. With direct access to 3500 acres of off-road hacking, our first class facilities include an indoor school, large airy stables and we offer daily turnout in post and railed paddocks. Feed, hay and bedding is inclusive within our competitive pricing structure.
