2008 Bay Tobiano KWPN x Trakehner colt by Goshka Ringo x Holme Park Venezia to mature approximately 16.2hh+
Vivaldi is the first foal to be born at Volatis in 2008. Born in the erly hours of 12th May, this big strong colt has delightedsince day one. He is beautifully marked with even white on both sides, and is beautifully put together. Even at a young age he is demonstrating the delightful temperament that makes Ringo such a good sire and he exudes presence and charisma.

Vivaldi is by the Dutch bred stallion Ringo. Having now bred four superb foals from Ringo, we knew he would pass on great limbs, athletic paces and a superb temperament. Ringo carries exciting bloodlines such as the Olympic Grand Prix stallion Ferro, Purioso and Samber. He is proving to be a very exciting young sire with offspring having been exported around the globe and who are also winning at county level in both coloured and open sporthorse classes, inlcuding our own Volatis Cleio, Champion Part Bred Trakehner in 2007. Ringo himself is currently competing at medium level.
Vivaldi's dam Venezia, is a product of one of the biggest Trakehner studs in the country, Holme Park. She has already produced graded daughters and British Dressage competitors. Her dam is the Elite mare Vabanque, who was Supreme Champion at the Breed Show in both 1988 and in 1997. She has been one of the most important foundation broodmares at the famous Holme Grove Stud. She was awarded Premium Status at her grading, and on the basis of her offspring's success, was awarded Elite Status. She has produced a number of Premium daughters, a graded stallion son, and advanced dressage competitors. She has produced 15 foals to date and is still going strong at the age of 22.
Vabanque's sire is the Elite stallion Consul, a hugely important influence in both the Trakehner and Hanoverian breeds and a family that appears prominently in the Volatis breeding program. In addition her dam and granddam were also premium mares.
Venezia's sire is the TBF, SHB and BWBS approved stallion Holme Grove Solomon. Solomon has been a leading sire of dressage horses in Great Britain including leading the BHD rankings in 2000. This makes Venezia a full sister to the Grading Champion Velvet, the Graded Stallion Vincent, and the Premium Graded mares Vanity and Vincenca.
